12 SAFETY PROTECTION

1. All load-bearing fastening bolts are Grade 12.9, with high hardness, ensuring sufficient safety factor. Use dacromet antirust process

2. All fastening nuts are made of injection-molded stainless-steel locknuts to ensure that the impact of vibration on the bolts is reduced and they will not come loose.

3. In addition to full welding, the mounting ears on both sides of the mounting bracket are also designed with four mounting screws, which are double protected, safe and reliable.

4. The hole in the middle of the hanging is used to thread the steel cable to form a safety cable. When the bolt on the upper part of the hanging is loosened, the fan can still be hung and provides extra safety for fan to fall.

5. The flange of the anti-falling bracket is sleeved on the lower part of the blade flange, which is larger in diameter than the blade flange and forms a safety buckle with the blade flange.
When the motor mounting piece or rotor shaft head breaks, the motor can be clamped tightly to ensure that the fan will not fall off.

6. The whole fan has four steel cables with 90-degree tension balance. When the hanging or other bolts are loosened, the ceiling fan can still be hung to prevent falling.

7. Between the four wire rope tighteners, a steel wire cable is passed through the wire rope tightener, and the steel wire cable is prevented from falling off through interlocking.

8. Fan blades are connected by interlocking blade connecting rods to protect each other. When the blade bracket is subjected to stress due to which there are chance of breaking down, the blades are connected to the link frame protecting the broken bracket or blade from falling

9. The connection mode of the fan blade adopts double connection of aluminum petiole and steel blade supporting plate, and at the same time, the fan blade flange is pressed, which is safe and reliable.

10. The blades are made of high-grade steel aviation blades till 20 ft and for 24ft polymer carbon fiber, with high strength and toughness. Even in case of collision, they will only bend, and it is almost impossible to break.

11. The main switch of the control box is a switch with leakage protection, which is safe and reliable and can automatically disconnect the power supply to prevent electric shock.

12. The control box inverter has its own overcurrent and overvoltage protection settings. When the voltage is too high, or when the current exceeds, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power.
